◈UNIT FRAME
The dual-fan configuration realizes two-way ventilation,bringing in fresh outdoor air and expelling dirty gas from the room.
◈UNIT PANEL
The thickness of the box wall panel is 25mm. The wall panel steel plate is made of color steel plate and galvanized steel plate. And insulation material is filled between the plates.
◈FILTER
The primary filter is flame-retardant and anti-bacterial,with a filtration efficiency of G4 (European standard).
◈FANS AND WATERPROOF MOTOR
It adopts air-cooled fully enclosed waterproof three-phase asynchronous motor and high-efficiency and high-strength impeller structure. Its impeller and shaft are subjected to dynamic and static balance tests in the factory.
◈Two-way ventilation, multi-stage purification
Dual fan configuration, realizes two-way ventilation between indoor and outdoor, sends fresh outdoor air into the room, and discharges dirty gas from the room at the same time.
◈Efficient energy recovery
Our company has successfully developed a high-efficiency heat recovery heat exchanger using advanced foreign technology. The heat recovery efficiency is greater than 65%, the temperature efficiency is greater than 70%, and the energy consumption of fresh air processing is reduced, achieving high efficiency and energy saving.
◈Multi-level waterproof design
It adopts air-cooled fully enclosed waterproof three-phase asynchronous motor with IP55 protection level and F-class insulation, which has higher reliability and service life;
The box frame adopts E-type inlaid sealing structure to ensure that the profile and the guard plate are tightly spliced, without air leakage, water seepage or water penetration.
◈Efficient heat exchange
The fresh air ventilator equipment adopts a cross-flow static flat plate heat exchanger. The movement directions of the cold and hot gases are perpendicular to each other, and the gas in the heat exchanger belongs to the turbulent boundary layer of convection heat exchange, so that the cold and hot gases can fully transfer heat, and the efficiency can reach more than 65%. The heat exchanger has a compact structure, no moving parts, simple maintenance, and is suitable for various occasions.
