◈UNIT FRAME
The dual-fan configuration realizes two-way ventilation,bringing in fresh outdoor air and expelling dirty gas from the room.
◈UNIT PANEL
The thickness of the box wall panel is 25mm. The wall panel steel plate is made of color steel plate and galvanized steel plate. And insulation material is filled between the plates.
◈FILTER
The primary filter is flame-retardant and anti-bacterial,with a filtration efficiency of G4 (European standard).
◈FANS AND MOTORS
We choose well -known domestic brand fans with high – efficiency high -strength impellers. The plant tests these impellers and shafts for dynamic and static balance.
◈Efficient energy recovery
The combined air-conditioning units are all equipped with a (total heat/sensible heat) rotary heat recovery function section with a heat recovery efficiency of up to 75%, which minimizes the fresh air energy consumption during the air-conditioning season and saves operating costs.
◈Fresh air operation, low operating cost
Energy-saving combined air-conditioning units can operate with fresh air during the transition season, using fresh air to remove the indoor heat (cold) and humidity loads, which can reduce the air-conditioning operation time by about one month each year.
◈Multifunctional automatic control system
The unit is equipped with a professional multifunctional automatic control system, adopts a human-machine dialogue interface, is equipped with a DDC controller for central air conditioning and building system (BAS), supports Modbus communication, and the control system is equipped with various air quality sensors such as temperature, humidity, CO2, etc., so that the indoor space of the building can achieve the most ideal state of artificial environment setting.
◈Using frequency conversion technology
The supply and return fans are frequency-controlled, energy-saving and low-noise. The unit is a cold-bridge aluminum alloy frame gusset plate structure, and the thermal conductivity of the double-layer foam insulation board is less than 0.0199W/(m*K).
