Mixed flow impeller fans
A fan between axial flow fans and centrifugal fans, the impeller of a mixed flow fan allows the air to move both centrifugally and axially. The movement of the air in the shell is a mixture of axial flow and centrifugal movement, so it is called “mixed flow”.
The fan mainly consists of impeller, casing, inlet collector, guide vane, motor and other parts. The impeller is welded on the hub with a twisted plate with meridian acceleration characteristics. After dynamic balance verification and overspeed test, it has good aerodynamic performance. The casing is round and connected to the air collector with silencer function as a whole. The outlet is equipped with a guide vane, which has good airflow distribution and stable pressure.
