Preparation before receiving inspection and fan installation
1. Prepare various materials, items, and venues required for the installation of the wind turbine.
2.Before opening the box of the axial flow fan, it is necessary to check whether the packaging is intact and undamaged, whether the nameplate parameters of the fan meet the requirements, and whether all accompanying accessories are uniform.
3.Carefully inspect the fan for any deformation or damage during transportation, whether the fasteners are loose or detached, and whether the impeller is rubbing against each other. Also, inspect the components of each department of the fan. If any abnormal phenomenon is discovered, it should be repaired before use.
4.Measure the resistance between the fan casing and the electromechanical winding using a 500V megohmmeter, which should be greater than 0.5 megohms. Otherwise, the electromechanical winding should be dried, and the temperature during drying should not exceed 120 ℃.

T35-11 precautions for axial flow fans
1、 The grounding of the casing of the axial flow fan or the electromechanical casing should be reliable, to prevent rotation for the purpose of reverse labeling, to prevent operation exceeding the rated current, and to prevent phase loss operation.
2、 The number of times the bearing of the fan is refueled is more than 1000 hours per time, and maintenance of the fan during operation should be stopped.
